Does Princeton University cover the cost of plane tickets in their financial aid packages?
In calculating Cost of Attendance and financial aid, a cost of transportation is plugged in, which is 2 RT tickets home annually for domestic students and 1 RT for international students. Your actual expenditure may be more or less.
But if your question is “Does Princeton write a check for my tickets,” the answer is no.
Please be aware that a college’s estimate of the cost of travel can be very different from the actual cost, because it isn’t based on the cost of travel during peak travel seasons (which will likely be the case when you go home for the holidays).
