I want to apply to SUNY Binghamton as a transfer applicant. I will send my applications via Common Applications. As a transfer student, do I also need send the supplemental forms such as Secondary School Report, College Official's Report and Instructor's Evaluations? I have checked the their website as thoroughly as possible. I just found out that mid term reports need to be sent only if requested. However, nothing is mentioned about Secondary School Report, College Official's Report and Instructor's Evaluations. What do you think? Are they required or not? I can get these forms prepared if it's required. I just don't want to send anything unnecessary. So I am just trying to be careful.

Moreover, In the website it says that
If you have earned more than 25 earned college credits after high school graduation, you must:
Request that an official transcript from every college or educational institution you've attended since high school be mailed to the Admissions office.

Once enrolled, all students must submit a final high school transcript or GED certificate. This is required to complete your file and to be permitted to register for future semester courses.

I have already completed 48 college credits so far. I dont have to worry about sending my high college transcripts during the application process anymore, right?
Sorry. My questions are pretty silly. As always, your help will be really appreciated.

Thank you in advance.
