Does taking ACT four times look bad?

<p>I got a 33 the second time and I was almost positive i would improve but the third time, I ran out of time on the math section and I got a 33 again. I know I can get a better score and I don't mind actually taking the test. But does it look bad to colleges that I took it four times?</p>
