If I received a 145 on a PSAT as a sophmore and 200+ on the PSAT and 2000+ on the SAT as a junior, will the collegeboard flag my scores based off of my previous PSAT SCORE?

Note sure what you mean by flagging your scores. If CB determines a test should be cancelled because of suspected wrongdoing it cancels that test. It does nothing to other test scores. Moreover, it does not even provide PSAT scores to colleges as part of the admission process. The only purpose for a PSAT score in relation to actual admission to college is that you need a certain score junior year to qualify for National Merit scholarships.

The OP is wondering if the large score increase will cause CB to flag his or her test, as it does with SAT scores. I don’t believe this is the case for PSAT to PSAT or PSAT to SAT; traditionally, people have prepared primarily in-between these tests, so large score increases are not that unusual (although the average score increase from PSAT to spring SAT is generally small).
