Does the commonapp recieve teacher recs only after u submit their application?

<p>Does the commonapp recieve teacher recs only after u submit their application?</p>

<p>My teachers are already done with their recs so I am inviting them now, but will my colleges see the rec before my app? Because if they see the rec first some of my achievements may not make sense until they get my resume? </p>

<p>They only start looking at your app after everything is received.</p>

<p>A particular college will not receive your online school forms (Secondary School Report, Teacher Evals) until and unless you submit your Common App Online to that college.</p>
