why do you need a big 4 accounting firm after you graduate?
many CPA’s are happy and make a lot of money at any number of regional or local accounting firms. and some even start their own accounting practices. find the best school for you…take the silly “prestige” thing out of the equation.
Get recruiting and internship data from the Accounting departments you have interest. If they don’t have comprehensive data for several years, that will tell you plenty.
No, it does not matter unless you want to go to one of the big firms.
@ccstudentIL Yes and No. It does not matter if you choose wisely. I can give you a half dozen lesser known schools in the east that have comparable recruiting by the big accounting firms.
