<p>i checked my NOVASIS account and under "application status" it has changed from "incomplete" to "complete and ready." does this mean they've made a decision or that they're ready to start reviewing my application? and if it means they made a decision is there anyway to check that or am i going to have to wait till around april 1st? thanks</p>
<p>i think that it means that all of your stuff is in..but i think that you still need to wait until 4/1</p>

<p>it just means that all of your stuff is in. when i applied ea, it said complete and ready for about a month before it changed to accepted. good luck!</p>
<p>as everyone said, complete and ready means all your stuff is in, the day before decisons were released i checked and it said decision pending and then finally it said accepted</p>
