not entirely sure, since different websites aren’t consistent with answers. Please help!
You have to go to UCLA’s website to find this info…don’t use third party websites.

Yes, UCLA’s Nursing program is a direct admit/direct entry and they do not consider alternate majors so you are accepted into the program or not. They will also not consider internal transfers but will accept outside Junior level transfers (from a CC or other 4 year University).
also on the “apply now” tab on the page referenced in reply #1 you can see a link to the supplemental application they require, and also a sheet "BS Evaluation Criteria – Tips and Information Sheet ". It is worth reading thru the tips.
Some nursing programs have a supplemental procedure, often asking for evidence of experience and letters of rec from those who know you from a medical setting. As part of your research on where to apply be sure to check for these.
And as general advice if you don’t have experience in patient care then it would be a good idea to get some experience this summer prior to applying in the fall.
Ok, thank you so much for the info!
Also realize that UCLA had a 2% acceptance rate for the BSN direct admit program, so make sure you apply widely and I would have 1-2 non-direct admit programs as safeties just in case and especially if you are focusing on CA schools.
