<p>I was wondering if UIUC charges any money to you in order to go to the the Summer Registration down in Champaign. I was curious because I heard somewhere that they do, but I'm how sure how much?</p>

<p>yes they do. And it shocked me when i found out… It is $96 per student and then an additional $32 or $36 per guest you bring. Your parents dont have to go with you, but if they do you have to pay more. I am bringing my mom only.</p>
<p>you only pay for a guest if they are participating in the programs. They don’t have to. The program includes lunch too. I don’t mind that they charge…someone has to pay for it. You either pay for it there or it is buried in your tuition. It does cost money to produce the materials, pay the personnel etc.</p>
