Does University of Florida give financial aid to international students?

I would like to learn if University of Florida gives financial aid to international students. I'm an international prospective student from Turkey and I really would like to learn if I can get full financial aid if I get in. Also I would like to learn what are the requirements for getting financial aid for an international student.
