Does USC common app need the Common App essay prompt along with the USC supplement essay?

So I know theres the Common App essay with the 8 prompts but I can’t find anywhere to input that essay on the transfer app so Im wondering if the Common App for USC doesnt need the Common App Essay for transfers?
