Does usc consider major/school during admission process? I’m considering applying for engineering undeclared major which would suggest the viterbi school of engineering. Would this have a different acceptance rate from the rest of the school? I’m just curious because there are two supplemental short answers for engineering majors so not sure how much emphasis this has on the application. Thank you for any help.
The supplementals are as equally important as your main essay.
Take my words with a grain of salt, but I believe your app goes through three decisions: first, your major and school, and if that gets rejected, your school as an undeclared major, and if that gets rejected too, Dornsife as an undecided major.
