Does Wesleyan's Film Program Actually Teach You Editing???

I’m a writer. Always have been, always will. But for a slightly more stable career, I was hoping I could learn more on video editing and pursue that, since I’ve always enjoyed it too.
I’m most likely going to attend Wesleyan, but before 110% committing, I want to know more specifically about their classes for film/editing/screenwriting-would-be-cool-too lol.

If anyone has any word to drop on how Wes’s film program works, and whether or not it’d be good for an aspiring editor as me, please do reply! Greatly appreciate it.

(P.S. I also got into UCLA college of letters and science. thoughts?)

Yes, but, the production classes are considered upper level courses and majors get priority.

Hope this helps, and congratulations!

Have you been admitted? I thought only ED and ED2 decisions were out. Did you get a decision for RD?

This is actually the wrong thread for Wesleyan University in CT. It’s unclear whether the OP was aware of this or not. And, besides that - this is a three-year old thread!
