Hi, I am a student studying in Canadian university. I am starting to apply for Medical Schools.I am not sure if my university reputation or rank will affect which med school i will go in future.
If you’re an international student (not US or Canadian citizen or permanent resident), the selectivity (rank) of your undergrad may be a factor in an admission decision.
Because most of the medical schools that do consider international students for admission are private schools, the selectivity of your undergrad is more important than it is for domestic students. Why? Because admission directors at private med schools list the selectivity of the undergrad attended as a “Highest importance” factor in admission decisions. Equally as important as your MCAT score and GPA .

Does this mean a student who graduates from relatively unknown and/or low-ranked school can’t get into med school? No, but it means you’ll need to have the “something extra” to make your application more attractive to adcomm members. (Better test scores, better grades, more or better ECs, a compelling life story)
ETA:
According to your other thread, you have not taken the MCAT nor completed any med school pre-reqs. If this is true, you have a long way to go before you can even consider applying to medical school.
