Domestic? or International?

According to Harvard's application form, if you're born in the states and currently live in another country (Canada in my case), you're considered a "domestic" student...

I've heard of "in-state","out-of-state",and "international" students,,,but wtheck is "domestic"?

do bs/md's favor "domestic" students?

wow, u went from one proud korean to one sad korean. get a hold of yourself man.

BS/MDs favor domestic students.

In-state = State residents. MAY include international students, depending on criteria. (in California, for example, if you graduate from a CA high school you may be an instater, even if you’re not US PR/citizen)
OOS = Non-state residents (both US citizen/PR and international)
Domestic/International = Opposite, based on citizenship/PR
