So my spring quarter has just started and I signed up for two online classes and one on campus class at my community college. Although, it’s the first week and I’ve already missed two classes because I just don’t have any motivation to walk to class as I’ve been dealing with a lot of depression lately . I’m really thinking about going to the registration office and dropping the class to sign up for the online class instead. But I don’t really know if having all online classes is the best option for me? I just really don’t want to get a bad grade in my math class as I did pretty poorly in my winter math class. Does anyone have any advice??
The best way to do well in class and improve energy is walking to class and participating in both. Sluggishness is promoted by inertia.
