Looking on a map it appears that Hedrick Hall is about 3/4 mile as the crow flies to Royce Hall, so I would guess about a 20 minute leisurely walk.

It's 20-25 minutes, depending on your gait. But keep in mind that the crow doesn't have to deal with the fact that there's an uphill climb BOTH WAYS.

Seriously. When you have kids one day, you can tell them that you really did walk uphill to and from school.

i can get there in 15 ;) but i will be huffing and puffing and sweating.

leisurely walk...about 20 mins sounds right.

It also depends on which group is telling you to join their religion/cause/event which day, and how annoying persistent they are.

EDIT: top secret :D

I was going to tell you not to let out the secret, but then again I don't go there anymore, so go ahead and spill the beans!

hrmm good point. i'll edit my post. :p

This is a reference to a certain smelly man on BruinWalk?

Well, him and a bunch of other freaks and geeks.

To those that go to UCLA already- do you guys even talk to "him and a bunch of other freaks and geeks"? Or do you just walk right by them? I went to visit, and I felt kinda bad ignoring them, so I just took whatever flyer they were handing out and walked on by. haha sorry, I live in SJ, where these kind of stuff never happen, so I never quite know what to do when I encounter people trying to hand me something or another.

20-25 minutes = How many calories?

i ignore them or say no thanks. why take the paper if you're just gonna throw it away?
