questions in the topic

long.

like, depending on how fast you walk, probably anywhere from 25-30 minutes, maybe more.

but im guessing its shorter than the walk from bunche to hedrick. that hill sucks.

I live in Hedrick Summit, and it took me 30 minutes today to get to Royce because of the hectic Bruin Walk. I advise you to get away from that place and you'll be there in 25-30 minutes like allie said above.

Oh yah, I HATE WALKING FROM SUMMIT TO NORTH CAMPUS AND BACK! :(

I miss driving to my community college :-/

Yeah, all of my friends are in Summit and my apartment off campus on Kelton is closer to campus than they are. The hill is insane.

Oh and yeah, bruin walk is a disaster. Either go behind ackerman (which is way out of the way) or cut across and just walk up the steps instead.

Normally, it's 20 mins. from Hedrick to Bunche.
During this time of the quarter, though, it's 30 mins.

fmstyle you're in summit?

me too

It takes me (coming for Hitch, so I'm just across the street) about 25-30 minutes...

Try and stay off Bruin Walk and it goes faster.

how come none of you use charles e. young drive north to get to bunche? it saves a little bit of time.

Kfc4u- When I said to stay off Bruin Walk that was the route I was actually talking about.

Unfortunately, those of us heading to South Campus can't make use of Charles E. Young Drive North as a shortcut... :(

lol.. but hedrick summit looks awesome though!

oh btw, is the shortcut from Hedrick to Delta Terrace.. umm violating any policies?

haha, i did the shortcut...i don't think it's illegal

and yah benedictchan, I'm in Summit 7th. This floor is not as active as I thought it would be.

I'm on summit 2nd where all the first years are at. Our floor is pretty social but that's probably cuz we're first years :-P

Well because of this topic I timed it today. I was walking to Public Policy, which is a bit further then Bunche, but not more then a minute or so away. Anyways from the time I walked out of my door, to the time I walked into the class room took me exactly 30 minutes. Figure that I had a little further of a walk to the building, plus the fact that I'm in the back of Hitch, I'd say for you it'd be about a 25 minute walk.

you guys must be getting a hell of a work out.

30 minutes is like 1.5 miles.

LOL I'm pretty convinced that my calfs will be in great shape by the end of the year!

Yeah seriously. As much as I curse those hills, I think the forced exercise will be good. It just sucks in the middle of a heatwave when the air is filled with smoke and such.

i still don't like it...if i need the exercise, i'll go the gym. I don't want to look nice and get back from the dorm all sweaty.
