Double in Marketing/PR... plus working part-time?

I'm currently enrolled in a Real Estate Broker course, in which I'll have to wait until I'm 18 to take the exam for my license. However, the provisional broker status lasts for about 3 years (after a series of 30 hour classes after you get your license, which I'll be doing in the Summer).

However, I'm planning to double in Marketing and Public Relations. How feasible is it to do this while working part-time? Granted, RE has flexible hours, but it does take a lot of commitment and being a broker is much more than just showing houses. I also want to take Summer courses, regardless if I double major or not.

Instead of double majoring, I could major in Marketing and minor in PR, or major in PR and minor in something such as journalism. I honestly do not know at this point for sure, but I suppose it will pan out. I hope to get an MBA in either Marketing or Real Estate Finance and Development (depending if I enjoy the RE thing or not) from the same University. In the event I do not pursue an MBA, I will probably apply to law school. Or, after getting an MBA, apply to law school. It is very advantageous to combine law and RE, I have heard.

I know double majors are tedious, but factoring in doing Summer courses and me willing to take longer than 4 years to graduate (5.5 is max, though), how feasible would it to be to achieve a double major in these two areas? They are not of the same college, however they do have some courses in common.

I suppose I'm a tad in the dark of what I will do (as is anyone going into college) and would just like input from current business majors and/or double majors. Thanks in advance.

Also, I have read that graduate schools favor those with years of work experience than those fresh out of undergrad. How favorably would they look upon me in the event I had been a RE broker for what would be about 4 years when graduating with my bachelor's? Should I still look into taking a couple years utilizing my bachelor's degree, or would applying straight away and taking my chances hoping my RE work experience would suffice be better?

Bump. :] 10
