Double Major and Double Minor

I love hard work and learning since it seems like the one way I can keep happy. So my plan to double major and double minor is not. An attempt to show off. Lol.

My plan: A double major in Psychology and English Literature and a double minor in French and Theatre/Musical Theatre.

How long would this take and do you know any colleges that allow double majors and double minors?

Thanks guys !! :)

Don’t sacrifice narrow focus. You would likely learn more from studying one or two subjects, cushioned by your general education courses. And if you enjoy “working hard,” throw in some practical courses. There isn’t any value in studying six million different humanities.

^smartest thing i’ve heard in a while

You only live once and you don’t want to spend that time contributing nothing to society.

How would I be contributing nothing? Lol. Just asking a question.

A lot of years and a lot of money. Honestly, If you’d want to do that, you should look into schools that offer double majors in a few years. American University has a program called 2=5 it’s a bachelors and a masters in 5 years!!’ that saves money and time! Then the double minors would probably add on a year to that. You’d be getting all that done in 6-7 years. Look for programs like that or else you’d be going to school for 15 years and 100,000$ in dept or more.

How would he/she be in school for 15 years simply for doing this as an undergrad?

Don’t do it! You’ll kill yourself. Just pick one or two. A major & a minor. It would be stupid majoring in two social sciences. If you’re interested in others, just take 101 or higher classes on them :)

Psychology is a social science; English literature is a humanity.

Thanks Eastafrobeauty yet i’m not sure ‘stupid’ is the right word. Lol. Grammarwhore here.
