I've been looking to decide what field I want to get into more and more lately as I'm supposed to be choosing what colleges I will apply to, and I've found myself very interested in both Computer Engineering and Aerospace Engineering. While neither industries are going anywhere, I wouldn't want to ever end up in a situation where I picked one over the other and then realized that one was booming while the one I picked has no work, so is i viable to double major in these two programs or would it not be worth it?

…and you will never attend one party, sporting event, or even have time to have a 5-minute conversation with anyone.

The answer is…NO

Then which one should I do?

whatever works for you…but doing double major, only John Wayne could do it…

There needs to be more computer/electrical engineering stuff incorporated into the aero major. A lot of the jobs that require degrees in aerospace call for experience in software development anyway. I think computer/electrical will have the most work available in the long run.
