Which one would be easiest, as in having classes that would meet requirements for both majors? Also, which combination would be most useful for a future poltician or law school?

You should ask your adviser. Some double majors are easier than others because of degree plans. Whichever makes you take the least amount of hours and whichever you are more interested in.

i was thinking of doing poli-sci and communications [which i believe covers journalism as well].
what im worried about tho is finding a job after grad. school because i want to be a political commentator or do broadcast journalism with politics. it sounds hard to get a job like that and i dont want to end up with two degrees, writing for some sports section in an unknown newspaper.

I'm on the same fence. I want a major that has some kind of real world application, as well as one that interests me, so I am leaning towards political science, but would also like to write which is why i might split and double in journalism or the like.

LSU has a great journalism program. I believe the Manship school also offers Polictical science as a concentration.
