Hi,

I am currently a sophomore at Rutgers Business School and am majoring in Finance. I am trying which concentration to double major in(Supply Chain, Marketing, or Economics), as I find all 3 to be interesting, but I am trying to choose one. I was wondering if anyone had any insight into which major is the most useful and which he or she would recommend?

I have gotten As in all my classes so far- however, I personally have found classes dealing with math, politics, film/animation, writing, and computer science best. At the same time, I didn't find accounting and intro to management / intro to marketing interesting (almost everything in the classes I took in management and marketing seemed to be common sense or obvious, other than vocabulary).

Not sure if marketing classes get better after the intro class, because if it is similar to my experience in intro to marketing or management, i feel that it would not be worthwhile or worth the effort. However, marketing, in general, is a very important component of business.

Also, does anyone know why Economics is a major in Rutgers SAS, not the business school?

I was just wondering what everyone would suggest based off their prior experiences and what they have heard? Or any other suggestions?
