is it possible to double major across two different schools at the new Brunswick campus or no? for example, I would like to major in both finance and engineering which are two different schools.

It’s hard to double major in two professional schools. Because they’re so different, you’ll be taking more courses/credits and might not get out in 4yrs. It’s easier to major in a professional school then do anther major in the liberal arts. But yeah it is possibly to major in finance and engineering, you’ll just have to work closely with your advisor and stay on top of everything in order to do it.
Also, if you want to do engineering as one of your double majors, you have to be a School of Engineering student. You can’t say be in SAS and then do an Electrical Engineering and Computer Science double major, for example.
Engineering has a really tough workload. I would guess that if you decide to go the double major route, you are committing yourself to a 5 year program of study. Disregard my comments if you are a genius who doesn’t have to study for anything.
