Just wondering if anyone has experience with a Kinesiology (Exercise Science (pre-physical therapy)) and Business double major. Or even one of these majors as part of a double major with another major.

Has anyone double majored in anything? Does it typically add on time?

I’m not sure if anyone has ever double majored business and kinesiology. I don’t know, maybe. Yes, double majoring does add more classes to your schedule, but the amount that it tacks on really depends on what the two majors are.

more specifically, engineering route to business. Any input about just engineering route to business, any business major, or kinesiology (not in a double major) is also appreciated!

I don’t have any info on those, sorry, but there’s plenty of people who have more to say. The only thing I have is to be sure to take M408C & M408D asap because those are the 2 semesters of calculus engineering route to business majors take. Business majors need 2 semesters of calculus (M408K & M408L, or M408C & M408D). If you’re already a UT student, I’d register for those for the spring. If you’re still in HS, take BC calculus and either do dual credit or study hard for the AP exam to get credit for your calculus classes.

You can also take Calculus at ACC while attending UT - half of my current class are UT students. Depending on the instructor it’s usually easier, but if you go the ACC route, take my advice and don’t take it with Ewing.
