There is a minor in Entrepreneurship & Management, if you want to do a single major in Neuroscience.

You could also do Public Health, which covers business, with a concentration in natural sciences, and you could take electives in neuroscience.

There is the possibility of designing your own major, granted the consent of your department and individual school. I'm pretty confident this is the case, but I'm sure AdmissionsDaniel or a JHU student could confirm this.

Like Jimp said, the Entrepeneurship & Management program is a minor, not a major. Economics is avalible as either a major or a minor.

As far as double majoring, I would guess that pretty much any double major is technically feasible. There are some combinations that would probably be insane (like BME and IR or BME and Public Health), but it all depends on your AP credits etc. I'm probably going to end up doing a BME major and at least 2 minors.

The option of doing a self-designed interdisciplinary major is possible. You have to work with a faculty member to create a cohesive program that isn't already present or possible through double major.

There's no core required courses, but each major has certain distribution requirements (ie science majors need a certain number of humanities credits and vice-versa) that you can fill by taking any course in that field. This gives you some flexability in choosing what courses you want to take outside of your field, since for example, if you need a Social Science credit, you can take anything from economics to public health to political science to physcology.
