JHU Business/Entrepreneurship

Hi...I'm extremely interested in the minor in management and entrepreneurship minor and I'm also interested in professional communication. How can i indicate this on my application?

I have won several Business Professionals of America national competitions in business topics. But I have a deep interest in the neuroscience major because of I have been working at a medical clinic for three years and because i have taken many science classes.

BTW, are there any majors that incorporate business with science at JHU?

bump.................

I don't know about indicating it on your application, but there are definitely a lot of people from every kind of major who are involved in the Entrepreneurship and Management minor. (I don't know how true this is, but I remember hearing that over the past few years, at least one person from every major here has taken business courses)

I don't think there are any majors that incorporate business and science, either here or at other schools (I can only think of one program, but that's a Business and Engineering program). Still, you have the option of majoring in Neuro and minoring in business or economics or something.

Very simple way to include this information in your application...
...just write a supplemental letter to the Admissions committee regarding your interests and why you think Hopkins would fit those interests.

As far as business with science, I agree with tanman -- the best way is a Natural Science major and the entrepreneurship minor (which is actually the most popular minor at Hopkins).
