I have a few questions about Hillsdale:

Is it possible to double major in political science and math?
Would I end up with both a B.A. and a B.S.?
If so, would I need to minor in something also - I read in the Hillsdale handbook something about having to minor in another science to get a B.S. in math?
Would it be too much to double major and do the honors program?

Thank you!

Kathryn,

I have heard of a number of students who double major. However, I think the best way to find out an answer that is not just anecdotal is to ask your Admissions representative.

If you’re planning to visit, it would be a good idea to arrange meetings/interviews with both departments.

Good luck!

At the recent graduation, there were plenty of kids who double majored in math and other subjects but Mom is right; it is best to talk with Hillsdale directly.

You might be able to do the Honors program and double major which will give you a very full schedule.
