I want to know the advantages, disadvantages, and what you recommend as to whether a double, triple, or quad dorm room is best. I'm quite indecisive, i really dont know whether I want a double or a triple. If it matters, my top 3 college choices were cowell, porter, nine.

I have to decide too but I wouldn’t mind going for a triple or quad room. The money saved helps a little, and I feel I’m very good with sharing because I never had my own room and I don’t require much space in a bedroom. Perhaps more important for me, I’m introvert and I really would like to meet new people, I just need some sort of starting point. I got into Crown. Hope that helps.

i was in a quad room, and i moved into a small triple. quad room gives you the most amount of space, your neighbors will always want to hang out in your room, and you get a balcony. swag.

but beware, you’re going to have three other roommates, and i was naive and thought there would be no problems throughout the year, but wrong i was, and i decided to move out to a small triple, which is basically a double fit for 3 people. a regular triple is also big, and i would reccommend that against a quad, because less roommates= less chance for conflict.

Thanks for the advice zabdullah, I didn’t take roommate conflict into consideration at first.
