Double up on AP bio and AP Chem..or alternative?? help needed in decision!

I'm going to be a junior next year. This year I doubled up on honors biology and chemistry, so I have my choice at AP bio or AP chem, however these two courses are pretty difficult. If I did do that this is what my schedule would be (AP science courses are 2 periods in my school)

AP bio
AP bio
AP chem
AP chem
H. english 11
H. spanish 4
H. Pre-calc
law 1st sem. psychology 2nd sem.

I have been doing orchestra as a freshman and now sophomore, so I would be dropping it. (I have been playing piano for about 8 years though and I accompany the 7th and 8th grade choirs as a paid job, so if I quit orchestra, I still have music :) )
My alternative choice is this:

AP Bio
AP Bio
H. english 11
H. spanish 4
H. Pre-calc
AP World history?
Orchestra
AP Statistics???

I don't even know if I am good enough for AP Statistics. I hear the teacher is good, but
I don't know how challenging it is...I haven't even asked my Algebra 2 teacher..basically, I haven't put much thought into taking it. If I decide against statistics or I'm not recommended by my current algebra teacher, I might just have a study hall or 2 other semester electives.

Also, in order to get an honors diploma, we need 4 years of history and 4 years of science which MUST include physics as a senior. If I just took AP bio as a junior, I was considering taking AP chem and regular physics as a senior because AP chem and AP physics would be suicidal along with other AP courses as a senior. Law and psychology are history electives.

I am having trouble on deciding whether or not I should double up on AP bio and chem as a junior, that's my major dilemma right now...so if anyone could give me some info and help me make my decision I would GREATLY appreciate it!! Thanks!!!

…anyone?

or I could double up, take orchestra and do two histories my senior year? because colleges like seeing dedication
