Doubling up

I'm a freshmen going into sophomore year this September and was wondering if I should double up in Chemistry and Physics, my schedule is as follows

Honors Algebra 2/ Trigonometry
Honors English 10
Free Period
Health
Free period
Honors Spanish 6 (3rd year)
AP World History
Honors Chemistry
Honors Latin

I would much rather have a class during one of those free periods. Would I be able to handle the work? Is it feasible or should I just take physics Junior Year?

…Honors AP World History? LOL.
Double up if science interests you - if it doesn’t, then just take Physics Junior year. You have a lot on your plate as is.

LOL Typo and physics does interest me plus my school offers astrophysics and astronomy as electives so I wanted to get the core classes out of the way secondly precalc is a half semester term so I’m wonder if I should take it alongside trig second semester so I can take AP Calc BC junior year

If you want to be a scientist/go into a science-related field, I don’t see a problem with doubling up. I tripled up during my junior year.

How was your experience?

Well, my school wasn’t particularly tough, so it was just another class to me. Not too tough. Depends on the curriculum and school, I guess.

The school is known for a lot of homework and all classes are taught at SAT level so you only need little review if you want to take the SAT Subject Test
