Hey guys! I'm kind of new to these forums, but I have a question on Columbia's theater classes. I don't plan to major in theater and there's no pre-med concentration, but I would love to just take classes out of interest. Would Columbia University be a good place to do this or are there better programs among the other Ivy Leagues?

Thank you!

Well, personally, I believe that either Yale or Brown has the strongest UG theater, because they have by far the best graduate theater (esp. Yale).

But Columbia doesn't look bad, from what I've read. Columbia and Barnard college have a combined theater program, and it offers decent-looking classes. So, overall, Columbia has a decent UG theater from what I've read, but there are definitely better theater depts. in Ivy League schools.
