I test high in reading and english every time (32 to 35) but low in math and science (24 to 26.) I have a month before retaking the test for the last time to count toward my scholarship. What is the best way to raise my math and science during that time? I've not done any ACT prep before other than a practice test now and then. I'm willing to work hard but want the right plan. Has anyone here raised their math and science drastically from one test to the next? Help!

im in the same boat

Don’t read the science passages. Answer the questions you can with the data. If the question appears to require information you don’t know, then you may need to skim some text. Otherwise save your time and don’t. And if you can’t figure out something then you probably need to look for a correlation in data sets, etc. Then you need to improve your logic.

math, do alotta practice tests, like a lot as in, 10 or something. spend like 3 hours a day, and then you will improve. science, do practice as well. math, remeber the triagnel formulas

Do you understand & know how to do the problems in math?
I personally don’t understand a lot of them, so i’m practicing really hard to try to master all of them lol

if you know how to do the problems and just make alot of careless mistakes, then try to work on catching those
if you don’t understand the concepts, just try to master each one

yea i agree, i know most of the stuff so its just stupid mistakes dragging me down… yo should know which boat you are in, the i know it all, or i don’t know it

which book is best for mastering the concepts in math, i used barrons but it didnt work out too well.
