<p>I've been accepted to both for the M.S. program in engineering. Which one is the best in terms of academics, research, student life, and/or reputation?</p>

<p>Depends where you want to work afterwards. Niether school is going to known nation-wide like Harvard or MIT. The close you live to the school the more good rep it will have, and the better your prospects.</p>
<p>you choose WPI, I visited WPI and was pretty impressed with the school. I haven't heard many good things about Drexel. Since Drexel and WPI are both expensive private school's, I'd definitely choose WPI, in addition the New England area appears to be a very secure and safe location for jobs</p>
