Drop out mid-semester or grind and then transfer?

Currently enrolled in a SUNY as a freshmen and haven't finished the first semester.

I am definitely going to be transferring schools and am wondering would it be better to
A) Drop out in the middle of the semester and let my High School(Recognized HS) + SAT scores(1210/1600) determine me overall. Because there are a whole lot of other things I would rather be doing than be in my current college.
B) Or finish first semester with a not-so good gpa then try to transfer afterwards. (Prob <3.0)
C) Transfer to a Cuny and then transfer back to a Suny? (Or not even apply to Cuny and just take the risk of all my Suny's list not accepting me)

Below is my list of colleges.

Syracuse
Rutger’s
Ohio University
SUNY Albany
Temple University
University of Massachusetts
Penn State
Ohio State University- Columbus
University of Deleware

Go see your advisor. Ask what you can do. Maybe you want to selectively drop one class. Maybe you want to buckle down, and get through this semester in all of your classes. Maybe it is not too late to drop out completely and end up with a transcript full of Ws.

Is a transcript full of W’s considered “dropping out”. And would that affect my application to other schools?

Isn’t the deadline for applying to Rutgers passed? I also applied, that’s why I’m asking
