Drop out mid-semester or finish semester then transfer?

Currently enrolled in a SUNY (UB) as a freshmen and haven't finished the first semester.

I am definitely going to be transferring schools and am wondering would it be better to
A) Drop out in the middle of the semester and let my High School(Recognized HS) + SAT scores(1210/1600) determine me overall. Because there are a whole lot of other things I would rather be doing than be in my current college.
B) Or finish first semester with a not-so good gpa then try to transfer afterwards. (Prob <3.0)
C) Transfer to a Cuny and then transfer back to a Suny? (Or not even apply to Cuny and just take the risk of all my Suny's list not accepting me)

Below is my college list.

Syracuse
Rutger’s
Ohio University
SUNY Albany
Temple University
University of Massachusetts
Penn State
Ohio State University- Columbus
University of Deleware

bump

So, you want to transfer for the Spring semester?

Do you have to worry about SAP of your financial aid?

Yes, for the spring semester. Currently I am in the fall semester and do not see any point in me wasting time here.

And I will find out Tues if I have to worry about SAP.

Did you already apply to those schools, or are you still waiting on what you should do?

I am still waiting on what to do, but yes most likely I will apply to those schools.
