Does anyone know anything about studying cognitive neuroscience at penn? there was a recent article in Popular Science that cited the Center for Cognitive Neuroscience at UPenn, and it got me interested in pursuing cognitive science. However, this degrees offered for this field are somewhat confusing and jumbled around on penn’s website. Im already enrolled in seas and the two degrees that I would consider most are the BAS degree in Computer and Cognitive Science, and the Dual Degree in Computer and Cognitive Science. The dual degree sounds fascinating, and I was wondering if this program was any good, how tough it was, how difficult it is to transfer into it, or any other relevant info. Thanks!

Well Computer & Cog Sci is just another dual degree program. Its not a specialized program like M&T or Huntsman. There are some "linking" classes between CSE and Cog Sci that are mostly in the CSE department. Courses like Intro to Cog Sci, Artificial Intelligence, etc.

Also check out Professor Michael Kearns. He does some interesting research and was recently awarded for excellence in research.
