I have decided to take dual enrollment classes at a local college. I want to be a doctor in the future and I know that it will take forever to finish school. This is why I want to take some classes dual enroll, so I can save some courses. I want recommendations on the classes I should take. Like what are the easy ones (like subjects)? I am only asking for easy ones because I will be a junior so I’ll already have an immense workload. Thanks in advance!
College courses taken while in high school and their grades will be included in your pre-med GPA when you apply to medical school. So you need to earn A grades in them to avoid damaging your chance of getting into medical school.
No one can help you choose courses if you do not specify what courses are available to you and what prerequisite courses you have completed or not.
You need to choose classes that are likely to transfer and meet degree requirements.
My son earned 50 credits in PSEO, a dual enrollment program. @halcyonheather is correct. Pick a college you will be applying to and look through their core requirements. Then go to your local college and find classes that will transfer in and meet that requirement. Note that it isnt enough just to get college credit, you want to knock off some of those core reqs.
