Are there any students pursuing a dual major in Elliott and Environmental Studies? I want a degree re: Latin American and Hemispheric Studies and a degree in ES. I heard that ES, a part of the Geography Dep't, does not offer minors. What I want to know is how many additional credits past 120 are required to achieve this dual degree? Also, does anyone have a particular warning or comment about chasing this goal?

Thanks!

I don't see any reason why you couldn't do that. FYI: The International Affairs major requires a 'concentration' and there is one about International Environmental Resources. If you're, say, interested in studying the environment in context of Latin America, you could very easily double-concentrate in Latin America and Int'l Env.
Explore the Elliott School website (check 'functional group concentrations' and 'regional group concentrations'). Good luck and don't hesitate to ask if you have any more questions!
