<p>First, make it easy on yourself and submit everything before the deadline … which means today (Oct. 30) or tomorrow (Oct. 31).</p>
<p>The deadline is officially 11:59:59 ET on November 1, which means you have all day Tuesday as well to submit documents. This is an online submission deadline / postmark deadline. </p>
<p>Again though … don’t procrastinate. GET IT DONE.</p>
