Duel Enrollment

Hi,

I am going to Penn next year and I am currently duel enrolled at my local community college. The classes I am taking there will not go towards my graduation requirements for high school so does anyone know what my chances are of transfering those credits (for example Calculus and Econ) to Wharton? Is anyone else doing that? I know that you can transfer credits but the professor picks the classes that count… but if you can do that… thats really helpful for everyone…
so please if anyoen has any info on that comment back
thanks

Wow! you're taking college fencing?

Classes taken at community colleges don't transfer to Penn. They only take credits from 4-year universities. On top of that, you can't transfer any credits that you are using towards your high school graduation.

thanks
that is so upsetting. I am not using these credits for graduation that is why I thought I could transfer them.

I just got off the fone with the transfer department and they said that they take 2 year community college credit, as long as it is taught for college students not high school students

26e - college fencing? huh?

"duel" enrollment. heehee. nothing? idk, bad joke
