<p>Duke states a Jan 2 deadline for RD.</p>

<p>Does that mean</p>

<p>A) you have until Jan 1st 23:59 to submit the application
B) you have until Dec 31st 23:59 to submit the application</p>

<p>This is driving me crazy. I need to be doubly sure for each college. Please let me know. Thanks!</p>
