<p>Suing the city definitely. The school....idk...I heard the city or Nifong had lied to the school or something like that...</p>
<p>I think the suit certainly has enough merit for further consideration, investigation, and deposition, with respect to the vast majority of the defendants as well as some people who weren't named.</p>
