Are the acceptance rates different for both?
If so what are they?
Anyone have any solid stats on that?

Yes they are different.

Pratt is harder to get into than Trinity because the standards (you need to take Sat IIs and Math II and the middle 50% of the student’s stats are actually higher).

Check the Duke website. Profile of the Class 2012

[Duke University Admissions: Class of 2012 Profile](http://www.admissions.duke.edu/jump/applying/who_2012profile.html)

the acceptance rate to pratt is traditionally higher, but that is generally because engineers generally have higher GPAs and SATs, etc.

also, keep in mind that admissions rate dwindled significantly this past season.

I heard that it is less than 15% this year…(Trinity that is)

trinity and pratt COMBINED was 14%. so yeap even lower.

trinity was 14%

Yikes! That’s like a 6% drop from last year!

that 14% rate is for RD. total ED + RD for trinity+pratt was 18%.
