So are the emails mailed out today are or aren't likely emails??? This is quite perplexing seeing how likely emails are mailed much earlier than this...I wonder if all online applicants got this email...

How suspenseful this has become indeed! kekeke

what does it mean exactly if you get called for an interview? it doesnt mean that youre any more likely to be accepted, just that someone is available, right? also, i never called back my interviewer...she said she was only giving interviews that week, and i didnt get the message until the week was up...how bad is that going to be for my decision?

I got the Columbia email early in the morning yesterday, but just received the Princeton email today. I doubt the emails mean anything, they have to tell all applicants their admission decision.

i didnt get one. and i also just realized that columbia did not register my transcript till 14th of March. WHAT IS THAT??? does this hurt my chances. THat's their fault right?

I didn't get it either, but I applied for financial aid as an international and thus expect a rejection anyway, so it doesn't really matter to me :) To those of you who care: it means nothing nothing nothing nothing nothing whether you get this email or not. NOTHING!

my friends told me that interview might be selective for intl applicants, but it isnt necessarily mean that you are better than the rest..Columbia might just interview the applicants in the middle.

I'm not sure whether it is true or not, BTW I'm from Shanghai China..

this might be random/annoying (although not as much as the daaamn chance threads), but what time did you guys get your notification email from columbia about when decisions would be up?
