As far as I can tell in my profile, I have checked not to receive email notification of new posts. However, I am receiving e-mail on a daily basis. Any help would be appreciated.
In the usercp, click this link and delete the threads your already subscribed to:

This won’t affect the history of where I have posted, just email notification?
This will remove all your current email subscriptions and nothing more.
