E10 What to pick and how to pick?

I am an incoming freshmen who is interested in taking E10. I do not know much about the course but heard that it is easy. I am interested in material and industrial engineering. How do I know which E 10 class is right for me since they are all at the same time. On the catalog, they all have the same descriptions. How do I go about picking the right classes in this matter?

Thank You

last year it ended up not mattering which one you took. unless they changed it (which I doubt they did), the course is split up into 4 different “modules” (each covering a different type of engineering), and you get to choose two of them to take, each lasting roughly half of a semester. The final only covers the two modules you take. The first 6 weeks you will meet at your normal lecture, after which you’ll be split into your assigned modules (where people who chose the same modules but were in the other lecture will also be). Hope that clears it up for you. BTW I highly recommend choosing your module based on what professor is teaching each - you learn very little in the class, but each professor grades very differently (some being drastically more difficult than others). There is also an emphasis on groupwork, so beware of getting stuck in a poor group or your grade may suffer.
