EA and Restrictive EA!!!

What is the difference between early action and restrictive early action? and what it its advantage over RDs. Thanks.

"Regular" EA lets you apply early to as many schools as you would like to, restrictive EA/ Single Choice Early Action (SCEA) only to one school.
Advantages: you get your decision earlier and you might have slightly better chances of being admitted.

thanks .so then wat makes it different from ED. Do we have to withdraw other apps as in early decision?

Both EA and SCEA are not binding as ED is.
You don't have to withdraw your other apps when admitted EA and usually you don't have to respond until April/May (same time as RD candidates).

Thanks. that does the job
