EA schools for Ivy applicants?

For those of you applying to Ivies and the like, where are you applying Early Action? I'm applying ED somewhere, but I'd also like to apply EA to a few places just to have some options if the ED doesn't work out.

Check to see whether your ED school does not like the idea of you applying EA elsewhere. A few schools also do not like the idea of you applying EA there and EA elsewhere.

If allowed, look into UChicago, MIT, UVA, UMichigan, Notre Dame. They all seem to be common amongst top applicants.

UNC Chapel Hill, but make sure you’ve read through your ED contract first and that they will allow you to apply EA to another institution.

Caltech too.

Thanks so much! I’m thinking UMich and UNC!

If you are a high stat HYPS applicant, then you might want to consider EA to

MIT
Chicago
Cal Tech
Georgetown

Princeton is now early action incase you didnt know.

a lot of those are single-choice…I’m applying somwhere ED, so I need a nonbinding app.

ED and SCEA won’t work. ED and open EA are allowed except Georgetown does nt want you to apply if you are doing an ED.
