<p>i know this was mentioned in some other threads but this will be the official thread of the eagles. </p>

<p>i still think they have a legitimate shot at the superbowl. i mean they’ll probably end up playing seattle or minnesota, which wont be too difficult of a task and then its probably going to be atlanta which is a bit difficult, but not a huge hurdle. even if they dont win this year, they still have a great shot next year, but the wait will be unbearable. fredex and pinkston will have to step it up</p>

<p>I don't think so, because they will still have to double team Westbrook and then pinkston can step up and do it.</p>

<p>pinkston is overrated...everyone says how he will someday emerge as this great receiver but he never has...and without TO its just gunna be another typical NFC Championship loss (although i cant imagine to which team because all the NFC teams this year suck...maybe to falcons or vikings)</p>

<p>I live in Vermont now, but since I'm originally from the Philly area I still root for the Eagles! This season has been terrific so far, but now I'm worried since TO has gone down with the injury. I at least hope we can get to the Super Bowl, and in the weak NFC, it's still very possible. </p>

<p>As for the Falcons, I think Vick is highly overrated... he hasn't been the same since his injury last year. When the Falcons beat a substantial opponent I'll take notice.</p>

Watch out for Carolina, if they make it they will be unstoppable (at least in teh terrible NFC)</p>
